How it works

From a link to an ad, step by step.

pitchboom is a production line you control: it analyses, writes, storyboards, voices, scores and renders; you approve every storyboard and see every price before you confirm.

Plans from €30/month · credits included · no free trial

Seven steps.

  1. Analyse

Drop a link (or a brief)

Paste your product page or website. pitchboom opens it like a browser, takes desktop and mobile screenshots, and pulls out the product, the selling points, the tone, the logo candidates, the palette and the fonts.

    • The analysis costs 0 credits; it is limited per day (Starter 20, Pro 60, Premium 200).
    • No link? Write two lines about what you sell and upload a few photos or screenshots instead.
  2. Brief

Pick the goal, the format and the vibe

Choose a goal (Sales, Sign-ups, App installs, Launch, Awareness, Explainer, Retarget), a platform preset (8 of them, each with its formats and safe zones), a length, a quality tier, the language, a voice, a music mood (or no music), captions and how many independent videos you want.

    • Lengths from 6 to 120 seconds (Starter up to 60 s, Pro up to 90 s, Premium up to 120 s).
    • Batches of up to 3 (Starter), 10 (Pro), 25 (Premium) videos, each with its own storyboard.
    • A Brand Kit applies your logo, colors, fonts and tone to every frame.
  3. Estimate

    See the price, then confirm

Before anything is generated you see the full estimate: every video, storyboard to final render. When you confirm, each video's estimate is held from your balance; it is not spent yet.

    • Prices are per second by tier: Standard 5, Studio 8, Cinema 19 credits, 1080p render included. Videos shorter than 15 s are billed as 15 s.
    • 4K costs 4 credits per second more on Pro and is included on Premium; Starter exports 1080p.
  4. Storyboard

    Approve the board

pitchboom writes one storyboard per video: scenes, on-screen texts, motion and the voice-over script. Read it, rewrite any line, swap a scene: storyboard edits are free. Nothing is recorded or rendered until you approve.

    • If your edits change the price (a longer script, say), you see the new estimate and approve it before anything else happens.
  5. Production

    Voice, music, motion, render

The approved storyboard gets a voice-over with word-timed captions, a music bed generated by our own code, motion design from the scene templates and your Brand Kit, automatic quality checks, then a 1080p MP4 render.

    • Each finished step uses its share of the estimate. A 30-second Studio video (240 credits): storyboard 36, voice-over 45, music 23, render 113, delivery 23. The storyboard step is at least 10% of the estimate (more on short videos, where writing it weighs more). Cancel mid-way and you pay only the finished steps.
    • If a step fails on our side, the video's consumed credits are refunded automatically and you can retry.
  6. Post-production

    Polish, translate, reformat

Talk to the AI assistant to change the hook, the captions or a scene (1 credit per message). Small edits apply at once with an undo; anything that needs a new voice-over or a re-render shows its price first and waits for your yes.

    • Translations (34 languages) and format variants (recomposed, not cropped) are priced operations: a 15-second Studio translation is 63 credits, a format variant 42 credits.
    • “Recreate with same settings” makes a fresh take of a video; every render is kept in the version history.
  7. Publish

Download, and share if you like

Download the MP4 and upload it where you advertise. By default the finished video is also listed in the public gallery with its own page: anyone can watch it there, only you can download it. Make it private any time.

    • Set private as your account default in settings for client work or unreleased launches.

Estimate. Confirm. Pay what's used.

Credits come with your plan (Starter: 3,000 a month for €30 · Pro: 11,000 a month for €99 · Premium: 37,500 a month for €300, excl. VAT) and don't expire while your account is open. One credit is worth €0.01 at the Starter rate, less on Pro and Premium.

  1. 1 · Estimate

Every paid action shows its price first. Example: a 15-second Studio video is 120 credits (€1.20 at the Starter rate).

  2. 2 · Hold

When you confirm, the estimate is held from your balance: reserved, not spent.

  3. 3 · Consume

Each finished step uses its share of the hold. Your history shows held, consumed and released credits.

  4. 4 · Release

Whatever wasn't used goes back to your balance when the job ends; a cancel pays only the finished steps.

  5. If it fails

A failure on our side refunds what the job consumed, automatically. Retrying picks up from the last checkpoint.

  6. Free (0 credits)

Website analysis, storyboard edits and low-resolution previews. Everything else has a price you see first.

Fair questions.

Is there a free trial?

No. There is no free plan, no trial and no free credits: creating videos needs a subscription (Starter €30, Pro €99, Premium €300 per month, excl. VAT), and every plan includes credits each month. Website analysis, free storyboard edits and low-resolution previews cost 0 credits; everything else shows its price before you confirm.

Are my videos public?

By default, a finished video is listed in the public pitchboom gallery with its own page that search engines can index. Anyone can watch it there, nobody but you can download it. You can make any video private from the editor or the results page, and set private as your account default in settings (useful for client work or unreleased launches). We protect the original files, but anything that can be watched can be screen-recorded.

What happens if a render fails?

If a video fails on our side (a provider outage, a render crash, a failed quality check), the credits it consumed are refunded automatically and you can retry. If you cancel, you pay only for the steps already finished; the rest of the hold is released.

Can I get the same video in other formats?

Yes. A format variant recomposes every scene for the new aspect ratio (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 3:4): texts and images are laid out again, not cropped. It is a priced operation quoted before you confirm: a 15-second Studio variant is 42 credits.

Can I translate a video?

Yes, into 34 languages: a translation keeps the edit and the visuals, writes the new script, records a new voice-over and re-times the captions. A 15-second Studio translation is 63 credits, quoted before you confirm.

Can I use the videos in paid ads?

Yes. The videos you make are yours to use in your own marketing, paid ads included, on any platform. The default music bed is generated by our own code, so there is no third-party track to license. You stay responsible for what you put in a video: claims, logos, product photos and trademarks you upload or describe (see the content policy).
