Fair questions
How am I charged for a video?
You see the exact price in credits before anything runs. When you confirm, we hold that amount on your balance. Each step (storyboard, voice-over, music, render, delivery) uses its share as it finishes. Cancel midway and you pay only the finished steps; the rest of the hold is released. If something fails on our side, we refund what it used.
Is there a free trial?
No. There is no free plan and no trial: every video uses real AI writing, voice and render time. Plans start at €30 a month and you can cancel anytime.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Monthly credits roll over and pack credits stack on top. Credits don't expire while your account is open. You need an active plan to spend them, so if you cancel they wait for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in two clicks from the billing portal. Your plan runs until the end of the month you paid for, then stops renewing. Nothing is charged after that.
Can I change plans?
Upgrades apply right away: you pay the prorated difference and get the matching credits at once. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
What does 4K cost?
Starter exports 1080p. Pro adds 4K for 4 credits per second of video. Premium includes 4K at no extra cost.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are in euros and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout based on your location. Businesses in the EU can enter their VAT number for reverse charge. Every payment comes with an invoice.
Who owns the videos?
You do: publish them anywhere you like. New videos also appear in the public gallery: anyone can watch them there, and only you can download the original file. Switch any video, or your account default, to private in one click.
