The short version: you pay a monthly plan that includes credits; every paid action shows its price before you confirm; your videos are yours; they are public in the gallery by default and you can make them private at any time; only you can download them; don't use pitchboom to deceive or harm people.
1. Who we are
pitchboom.io (“pitchboom”, “we”) is operated by THE VIBECODING AGENCY, SARL (French limited liability company) with a share capital of €1, registered at 5 rue de la Moselle, 75019 Paris, France, RCS Paris 108 800 616 (SIRET 108 800 616 00014), VAT FR61 108 800 616. Contact: hello@pitchboom.io.
Publication director: Arsène Huot, managing director (gérant). The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA (vercel.com).
These terms apply to the website, the web app, the API and the MCP server (together, the “service”). By creating an account you accept them. If you use the service for a company, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you may do so.
2. The service
pitchboom is an AI motion-design studio for video ads. From a URL and/or a brief you provide, it analyses the page, writes scripts and storyboards, produces a synthetic voice-over and a music bed, and renders videos as MP4 files. It also offers post-production (an AI assistant, translations, format variants, re-renders), Brand Kits, a public gallery and, on some plans, an MCP server and API keys.
Videos are generated by machine-learning models and automated templates. They can contain mistakes (wrong facts, odd wording, pronunciation, timing). You review the storyboard before rendering and the video before using it; you decide whether to publish or advertise it.
pitchboom does not buy media, publish ads to your ad accounts or guarantee any result: we don't promise that a platform will approve an ad or that a video will perform.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. One account belongs to one person; keep your sign-in method secure and tell us about any unauthorised use.
- Give accurate information. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts used for abuse, fraud or in breach of these terms (see section 9).
- A suspended account is read-only: you can still sign in, see and download your own videos, but you can't create, edit or spend credits.
4. Plans, credits and payment
Creating videos requires a paid subscription. There is no free plan, no free trial and no free credits. Current plans: Starter €30/month with 3,000 credits, Pro €99/month with 11,000 credits, Premium €300/month with 37,500 credits (prices excl. VAT; taxes are added at checkout where applicable). Plan details are on the pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Each paid invoice adds the plan's monthly credits to your balance. Subscribers can buy top-up packs. Credits don't expire while your account is open; they have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- Every paid operation shows an estimate before you confirm. On confirmation the estimate is held, the finished steps consume it and the rest is released. The details, including cancellations and automatic refunds after failures on our side, are in the refunds and credits policy, which is part of these terms.
- Prices in credits can change; a change never affects an estimate you already confirmed. We announce plan price changes at least 30 days before they apply to your next renewal.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. A failed payment can pause plan entitlements after Stripe's retries.
5. Your content
“Your content” means what you give us (URLs, briefs, texts, logos, screenshots, photos, fonts, Brand Kits) and what the service makes for you from it (scripts, storyboards, voice-overs, videos). You keep all rights you have in your inputs.
- You confirm that you have the rights needed for your inputs (trademarks, logos, product photos, claims, people's names and images) and that using them in an ad is lawful.
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce and display your content only to provide and secure the service: to generate your videos, store them, show them to you, and (for public videos, see section 6) show them in the gallery.
- We don't use your inputs or videos to train AI models. Our AI providers process them only to answer our requests, under their API terms (listed in the privacy policy).
- Source code you connect. Connecting your product's source code is optional. You confirm you own that code or are allowed to share it with us. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, limited to the retention period you choose, to copy, store (encrypted), analyse and process it, and to make works derived from it (screens rebuilt from your components, custom scenes, the compiled scenes needed to render them) only to make, edit and re-render your videos. We don't publish it, show it to anyone, sell it or use it to train AI models, and only the providers named in the privacy policy process it. The licence ends when the code is deleted (on the date you chose, with “Delete now” in settings, or with your account), except for the compiled scenes kept with the videos made from it, which are deleted with those videos. You keep all rights in your code; the rebuilt screens and custom scenes are part of your videos.
6. Public gallery and visibility
Videos are public by default. When a video is ready, it is listed in the public pitchboom gallery with its own page (title, video, scene texts and voice-over script, creator name and username). Search engines and AI assistants can index those pages.
- You can make any video private at any time: in the editor, on the results page, or from the video's public page while signed in. You can also set “private” as your account default in settings, so new videos (including those created through the MCP server) are never listed. A private video leaves the gallery and its page stops working within minutes.
- Only you can download your videos. Visitors watch a lighter preview stream through short-lived links; there is no download button for anyone else.
- We protect the original files, but we cannot prevent screen recording: anything that can be watched can be captured. Keep unreleased campaigns and client work private.
- Other users can start their own video with the same settings as a public video (goal, format, length, quality). They never receive your files, script, brand or URL.
- We may remove a public video from the gallery (moderation) without deleting it from your account.
7. Your use of the videos
As between you and us, you own the videos made for you and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial advertising, without attribution. The default music is generated by our own code, so it has no third-party licence to clear. Voices come from a curated catalog licensed for commercial use; you may not use a voice to impersonate a real person.
Because videos are generated, similar outputs can be produced for other users, and you may not get exclusive rights in generic elements (layouts, templates, music patterns, stock phrases).
8. Acceptable use
You must follow the content policy. In particular you may not use the service to make deceptive, illegal, hateful, sexual or violent content, to infringe someone's rights, to impersonate people or brands, or to make ads for prohibited products. You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, security or billing, scrape the service, resell access, or overload it.
9. Moderation, suspension and termination
- We may hide videos, refuse a generation, or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the content policy, or that creates legal risk. We tell you why unless the law forbids it.
- You can delete your account at any time from settings. We cancel the subscription first, then delete or anonymise your data as described in the privacy policy.
- Credits left when an account is closed are lost, except where the law or the refunds policy says otherwise.
10. API keys and MCP server
On plans that include it, you can create personal API keys to use pitchboom from your own tools through the MCP server. Keys are secret and personal: you are responsible for every operation made with them. Paid operations through the MCP server follow the same estimate-then-confirm rule as the app. You can revoke a key at any time.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation: providers have outages and renders can fail (failures on our side are refunded, see the refunds policy). We may change or discontinue features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan, you may cancel and we refund the unused part of the current period.
12. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost revenue, ad spend, data loss beyond our fault), and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
You indemnify us against claims arising from your content or from videos you publish, unless the claim results from our breach.
13. Changes to these terms, law and disputes
We may update these terms; for material changes we notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before they apply. These terms are governed by These terms are governed by French law, and any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Contact us first at hello@pitchboom.io: most issues are solved there.
